1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the JobNotify application (the "Application" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application. The Service is provided by Grapes.dev ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

JobNotify is a job alert and aggregation platform designed to monitor job postings and send notifications based on user preferences and profiles. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

JobNotify offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., JobNotify Pro) and one-time purchases.

• Billing & Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly) as selected at the time of purchase. Charges are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription rates. Any price changes will be communicated in advance, allowing you to cancel before the change takes effect.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel or manage your subscriptions at any time through your mobile device settings:

• iOS (App Store): Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, or manage it directly inside your Apple Account.
• Android (Google Play): Open the Google Play Store App, tap your profile menu, select Payments & Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
• Refund Policy: All billing and payments are handled exclusively by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective store platform and are subject to their respective refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (such as Google Sign-In details) and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, design, logo, features, and functionality, is owned by Grapes.dev and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Grapes.dev does not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. In no event shall Grapes.dev, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
